A Very Southern Christmas Day Take-Out Supper

Pepper-crusted beef tenderloin, loaded baked potatoes, maple whipped sweet potatoes, heirloom and white cheddar grits, and bourbon chocolate pecan pie are just some of the hearty Southern menu items in Liberty Kitchen’s Christmas Day Take Out Supper package, designed to feed 8-10 people for $289. Further, Liberty Kitchen classics like J’ N’ B’ Tacos, Fried Oyster Cocktails and Whole Steamed Lobster are available for a-la-carte ordering!

The pick-up location is Liberty Kitchen at the Treehouse (963 Bunker Hill Road in Memorial City), with three pick-up date options: December 22 and 23 from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and December 24, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Orders must be placed by Tuesday, December 17 at 9 p.m.

Celebrate Christmas Eve Feast of the 7 Fishes (Actually 10) Take-Out Banquet! 

To help families celebrate Christmas Eve, Liberty Kitchen Culinary Director Lance Fegen is tapping into his Italian-American roots to create a modern take-home banquet based on the feast of the seven fishes tradition. Meant to serve 8-12 people, the banquet ($289) incorporates fried smelts, cod, mussels, clams and whole roasted snapper along with side dishes such as lobster bisque, roasted vegetables and Caesar salad. Appetizers and desserts are available a-la-carte.
