Christmas Eve Feast of the 7 Fishes (Actually 10)

To help families celebrate Christmas Eve, Liberty Kitchen Culinary Director Lance Fegen is tapping into his Italian-American roots to create a modern take-home banquet based on the feast of the seven fishes tradition. Meant to serve 8-12 people, the banquet ($289) incorporates fried smelts, cod, mussels, clams and whole roasted snapper along with side dishes such as lobster bisque, roasted vegetables and Caesar salad. Add-on items are available a-la-carte.
